Build Quality

Our standard tray comes with a 3mm checker plate deck for strength and practicality. You do have the option of upgrading to a 4mm or 5mm flat or checker deck. The headboard comes standard with 76mm tubing, but once again, you can upgrade to a 75x50mm or 75x75mm box headboard.
All drop sides and tailgates are 3mm thick with a 45mm returned box section at the top and the bottom for added strength.

Securely fastened with stainless over centre latch and catch plates and hinged using 35x35mm welded plates with quick release bolt through system which adds a tough, aesthetic appeal.
The trays are fully welded using double-pulse mig welds on our T6 – 6000 structural grade sub-frame. Welds are structurally stronger than bolts and screws, won’t move and definitely won’t rattle.
